In the second call, a professional check-in with your department will give you more insights about your future role, and the possibility to have a chat expert-to-expert. We might also share a work scenario with you to give you an impression of what to expect from working with us.

The final round is a meet and greet with your future teammates. This is an informal and open conversation, so take your time and ask some really important questions (like “how often do you party here?”) to see if the vibe is right for you. But for now, don’t worry too much about the steps – we’ll guide you smoothly through the process, so you’re always on top of what comes next.

Absolutely yes! Our remote-first approach helps you find your very own work-life balance. We’re also not attached to a strict 9 to 5 framework. What matters is your contribution and commitment.

At least 20 days a year we’d like to see you and exchange with you in our spacious, bright office. For another 20 days, you are free to take a workation from anywhere in Europe. The rest of the time you can open your laptop from your favorite place in Germany.

We support you with a broad variety of learning possibilities in our academy and the group-wide learning hub, as well as your own development budget, to grow in the topics that light your inner spark. Your peer will help you to find your individual goals and the right path to take, through reflection talks twice a year and one-on-one talks whenever it’s needed.
